Both types of extensions can be tailor-made to give you beautiful sweeping lashes that are as natural or striking as you wish! Lasting up to 2 months, they’re the perfect alternative to mascara, to make your eyes look gorgeous all day and night. You can even sleep or swim in them - no need for mascara anymore, and perfect for everyday wear!

Special Instructions – Before & Aftercare
Before-Care:
1. Please note that when attending any Lash Extension treatment appointment we advise arriving without any mascara applied to the lashes and also, to remove any contact lenses prior to the application of your lash extensions.
2. On the day of any Lash Extension appointment we can undertake a consultation with the Lash Therapist to decide which Lash Extension would be most suitable for you unless you would like to book the consultation for a different date prior to your treatment date.
3. Also, we advise leaving a treatment time of 2 hours for Bespoke Lash Extension application whereas Holiday Lash Extensions and Weekend Lash Extensions will only require 30 minutes application time.
Aftercare
1. Please note that there are specific aftercare instructions for maintaining comfort and the best results from your Lash Extensions after application, including preventing contact with water around the lash area for the first 24 hours and not applying oily/ creamy eye-make-up remover or creams and lotions to the area treated (both within the first 24 hours after application of Lash Extensions, and thereafter for the duration of the period within which the Lash Extensions are worn).
2. If removal of the Lash Extensions is required, we advise professional lash removal using one of our recommended lash extension removal services, please do not attempt to remove the lashes at home.
3. We do not advise applying mascara whilst wearing Lash Extensions because removing the mascara afterwards would involve usage of make-up remover and rubbing the lashes with a cotton pad, fingers or tissue, which will shorten the life of your Lash Extensions. If eyeliner or eye-shadow is worn close to the lash line whilst Lash Extensions are worn, then a cotton bud dipped in a non-oily, lotion-free/ cream-free and Propylene Glycol free eye-make-up remover is the most suitable choice for removal of the eyeliner or eye-shadow. Please take care not to subject your lash Extensions to unnecessary rubbing or handling.
4. Please also take care when sleeping whilst wearing your Lash Extensions (particularly semi-permanent Bespoke, W-Lash and Express Lash Extensions) within the first 48 hours after application, because sleeping with the face and eye area rubbing against the pillow can affect the alignment and duration of your Lash Extensions.
5. All Semi-Permanent Lash Extensions (Bespoke, Express, W-Lash and Y-Lash) as well as Holiday Lash Extensions are suitable to wear whilst swimming, bathing/ showering, diving or snorkelling, and for spray-tanning only after 24-48 hours has passed after application (depending upon the type of lash extensions applied).
6. Please note that all Long-Term Lash Extensions and Semi-Permanent Lash Extensions provided by The Powder Lounge will require professional removal (two types of removal treatment are provided at The Powder Lounge); please do not try and remove lash extensions without professional Salon supervision.
7. Please note that Holiday Lashes (Long-Term lash Extensions) can last up to 2 weeks, (if aftercare regime is strictly followed; details are given below) and may require occasional infill’s/ rebalances every 7 days depending upon how strictly the aftercare regime and maintenance of the Lash Extensions is adhered to and observed by the client.
8. Please note that Weekend Lashes (Long-Term lash Extensions) can last up to 4 days, (if aftercare regime is strictly followed; details are given below) and may require occasional infill’s/ rebalances every 2 days depending upon how strictly the aftercare regime and maintenance of the Lash Extensions is adhered to and observed by the client.
9. Please note that Semi-Permanent Lash Extensions (including W-Lash, Bespoke Lashes, Y-Lashes and Express Lashes) can last up to 6 weeks, (if aftercare regime is strictly followed; details are given below) and may require occasional infill’s/ rebalances every 3 or 4 weeks depending upon how strictly the aftercare regime and maintenance of the Lash Extensions is adhered to and observed by the client.
